Products

All products are handcrafted from natural wood. Due to the nature of the material, each piece is unique and may have variations in grain pattern, color, and texture. These natural characteristics are not defects.

Product images are representative. Actual products may vary slightly from photos due to natural wood variations and lighting conditions.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment via credit card (processed securely by Stripe).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is outlined on our Returns page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a deposit and are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of order. Custom pieces are made to your specifications and are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

Product Care

Proper care is essential for the longevity of wooden products. We provide care instructions with each product and on our Care Guide. Damage resulting from improper care or misuse is not covered under any warranty.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Schmidt Woodcraft and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Schmidt Woodcraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
