Every piece from Schmidt Woodcraft is handcrafted with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us and we will work with you to find the right solution. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are generally non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or the item does not match the agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
